I have seen so many HR professionals that after five minutes of passing these monster exams, they become a completely different person. Their level of self-confidence increases immediately. Knowing that you were able to obtain a certification that is failed by almost 50% of test-takers, will prove to you that you can obtain what you set your mind to. Remember that something that is worth doing, will be hard but with commitment and discipline, it is definitely achievable.
Which exam? PHR or SHRM-CP? SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
The HRCI-PHR and SPHR have been around since 1976. The SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP were created in 2014. Both organizations are well respected. Because my exam prep courses are so thorough and cover any differences between the exams, once you complete it and pass the PHR, you can pass the SHRM-CP and if you can pass the SPHR, you can pass the SHRM-SCP.
I have several clients who have taken the HRCI exams first and then the SHRM exams or vice-versa. That’s right, why not get them all? It’s an investment for your future that will definitely pay off.
What if…visualize, where you could be professionally and personally if you had one or more of your HR Certifications. Now is the time to take action!
